Your Path to Financial Fresh Start...

First, this process involves no pressure, no unwanted solicitations, and no harassment. You are never put on an email list or called unexpectedly.

Your initial phone consultation is free of charge. We stay with you on the phone to determine what options you may have in dealing with your financial hardship. We refer you to third-party credit counseling if necessary. Call us at (614) 284-4394 . . . or, you can fill out the form below and we will be glad to call you or return your email.

Once we finish the free consultations, we sign you up for a L.O.J.B. Financial Emergency Consultation. The consultation costs $20.00 (which will be applied to your bankruptcy legal fees if you choose to file) and usually lasts about an hour, but sometimes will run longer .

What You Get from the Consultation:

We are offering a real, full-throated consultation. We sit down together, one-on-one. We ask a series of detailed questions and conduct an in-depth interview with you. You may bring whoever you wish to the Consultation. We will go into great detail about your spending habits, overall short and long-term situation, and legal options. We will offer you an honest and forthright opinion about your options, given your unique situation. We will continue with the meeting until all your questions are answered. Follow ups are always allowed if you forget a question.

There is no time limit and I will stay with you as long as it takes at no additional charge.

Session Agenda

Here is what we do at your Financial Consultation Session:

Initial consultation (No Cost) : We discuss whether you qualify for a chapter 7, which involves: your income, whether you are married, whether your spouse has income, how many dependents you have, and other circumstances that could affect your eligibility.
